Wilson County Schools has negotiated several
contracts with leading technology vendors.
The solutions provided by these partners are
available to other school systems as well.

Instructions for purchasing from
Wilson County Schools contracts:
1. Download the Purchase Agreement form.
2. Print, fill out and sign two copies.
3. Mail both copies to:

Bid # 2003-14 Dell Computers, Data Processing Equipment and Services (DELL)

Wilson County Schools and Dell Inc. have reached an agreement to extend contract 2003-14 for the purchase of computer equipment.
The extension will run through May 21st 2009. Contract 2003-14 is a cooperative purchasing agreement extended to all districts in Tennessee under T.C.A.
12-3-1009.

This is to inform you that the Executive Committee approved the contract extension for MXN last night and attached is the letter. 

This seals the agreement between MXN Corporation and Wilson County Schools until the contract award date in 2010.  The same rules and terms apply to this extension that are presented in the original contract response and award letters. Wilson County Schools and MXN Corp still agree that other school systems within Tennessee may purchase off of this contract.  We are looking forward to continuing the good professional relationship with the owners and staff of MXN.  If you need any further information feel free to email me.
