Title One

 

Title One provides extra help in reading and math for students in the early grades. The Title One program is at four of the elementary schools. The Federal funding for this program serves over 550 students each year based on Teacher referrals. Title One teachers provide high quality enriched educational program that may offer tutoring, small group instruction, extra help in classrooms, and parenting workshops. Parent involvment is a high priority throughout the year, and parents evaluate the program each spring.
