The Wilson County Teachers Sick Leave Bank was established in 1990. The purpose of the Sick Leave Bank is to provide sick leave to contributors who have suffered an unplanned personal illness, injury, disability or quarantine and whose personal sick leave is exhausted.

Certified employees who wish to join the Sick Leave Bank may apply for membership during the months of August, September, or October. Membership forms (refer to forms below) must be submitted to the substitute teacher coordinator no later than October 31.
