Entering Attendance into Win School:

Marking Attendance, for one student at a time-
1. Open Win School
2. Click on Attendance
3. Click on the correct calendar date.
4. Begin to type the name of the student you wish to mark,
5. Highlight the student’s name and all Period cells which are in lined with that student
6. Click Absent at the bottom of the screen.

Marking Attendance, for multi students at one time-
1. Open Win School
2. Click on Attendance
3. Click on the correct calendar date.
4. Begin to type the name of the student you wish to mark,
5. Highlight the student’s name and all Period cells which are in lined with that student.
6. Hold down the Shift key and continue highlighting the other students you wish to mark absent, remember to mark all Period cells which are
in line with that student. DO NOT release the Shift key until you have gathered all students.
