Latest Makenzie Update (02/09/2010)

Makenzie is out of surgery and doing well!!

Makenzie had a snow day yesterday (don't ask...)and slept until 9:30. Her body is exhausted, but she continues to want to keep up with life. I struggle with when to insist she rests/ misses out on something. I am still hopeful to figure it out soon.

We have family coming from PA, NH and NY in a car and flying. I hope they can get here at this point. They are all expecting a foot or 2 of snow!

We hope to see you on Sunday! It will be a fun day, filled with lots of joy and celebrating the beginning of moving on and leaving stupid cancer behind us.

she went...
she fought...
she WON!!!
